We offer personal training sessions in Barcelona and Sant Cugat. Thanks to an idyllic climate and infrastructure perfectly suited to outdoor exercise, we regularly take our workouts outdoors.

If working out outdoors isn't to your liking, it's no problem. We also offer sessions at your gym, office, at home or at the location of your choosing (pending availability).
